ordered a nose ring on pagoda.com and nose ring was not in The packaging only the plastic piece that holds where the jewelry was supposed to be. A replacement item was not sent out nor a refund was given. Service representatives are rude and unhelpful, most likely because they are unable to assist customers appropriately which leaves a lot of frustration put on them.

This is not a complaint i am just here to laugh at all these clowns crying because they bought gold-plated jewelry instead of asking for the real gold jewelry which they definitely do have! And the other losers with pics of super thin silver *** that they bought for their kids knowing that the kid would break it hahahahahaha pathetic! People talking about buying 14K gold necklaces for $300+ LMAOOO the price alone lets you know that you were clearly in the gold-plated section and didn't bother to ask was it real or not. LOLLOLLOL

My granddaughters 5th birthday present! After my daughter was told these women have experience with children, this is what my granddaughter ended up with! Then my daughter was informed that my granddaughter was the 3rd child she has actually pierced! And i have a video that shows the child did NOT move at all. Also, the woman jammed the gun on her ear and didnt even go the whole way through. The other employee had to manually push it through the rest of the way! And had the audacity to charge for this *** service!

Used the "chat" option online (as they say it's "quickest, easiest" way to get a response. I asked the "representative" for clarification on the "gauge" measurements that they use compared to more commonly used millimeters, specifically for a 100 gauge gold (10 or 14kt) curb chain. He told me he needed the item number because the measurements are all different. Confusing! I asked him to explain, saying as an example 25.4mm=1" how can your measurement be non standard? So you can say 100 gauge on 1 item and it's 4mm but on another it's 3mm? Untrustworthy business! If I can't get a straight answer about width measurements how can I trust gold purity, weight etc? Are your weights different as well?

If UPS dropped it off and your didnt get it that isnt really the companies issue. They sent you an item it the minute it was delivered it became your responsibility.

Many stores have this rule. If anything you should be writing bad UPS reviews since they delivered it and didnt make sure it was known that it was tgere.

I got my cartilage done by Jessica Anthony At piercing pagoda in northgate mall in Durham nc! She never cleaned my ears and just jabbed the gun in my ear. It grew infected in 3 days and was swollen she charged me double and I had to be sent to the er to have it drained. It has been swollen and throbbed and my medical bill was Tom expensive. I called the headquarters they said they’d handle it and nobody’s done anything about it I don’t like that please handle this and remove this terrible woman

Unethical sales practice

Sales rep Jessica at the Beavercreek Ohio store pushed me into getting a credit card I told her no 3 times she lied about my wages of 15000 I told her I don’t have a job now I’m in college and only work 15 hours a week in summer but have no income. She told me to place 15000 in there that is why it takes to get $750. I felt bullied into doing wht she said. My mom and I called up there told her that is unethical sales practice and will hurt my credit due to now I just have to cancel the card and should of never been on my report. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and other regulatory institutes. This is not ok sales practices. I will go to the local media as we told Jessica in the call if the credit inquiry is not removed. I want to speak to the owner of the company I am sure this would not be approved thru them

It’s been 4 days since my son had his ears pierced at the one in cherry hill mall! Not even a full week and the earring broke.

I paid $60 for these earrings. I called see ask if they could replace it so that my son does not walk around with a broken earring with no stone in it! And she said they could not replace it for 3 weeks until it heals cause it could close in seconds and he would have to get it re-pierced! I highly doubt that a switch if an earring it will close!

I have 3 holes in my ear and I know how it works! That makes no dam sense all the money I just paid to get these earrings and he can’t even get it replaced! Y’all policy truly sucks and I will never use or buy anything from there again!

Piece of *** *** earrings and y’all can’t even give me a new one. Who wants to walk around with a broken earring with no stone!

Very Expensive, Horrible customer service at Springfield Mall in Virginia, return policy is a joke

Had bought a cartilage earring that I never got to wear because the initial piercing got infected and never got the chance to heal. I approached them at Springfield Mall in VA to exchange them and the lady with the head cover said I couldn't since it had passed the 90 day return policy. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I could exchange the earrings.. The first lady then spends the next 5 minutes talking the manager out of the exchange although the manager tells her constantly that it was fine to let me exchange.. Eventually the manager was forced to tell me I couldn't exchange the earrings because of how much that other one harassed her and pressured her...The nerves in that other lady!!! She even smirked when the manager denied my request...Horrible place and experience, very pricey and I had paid $50 on this earrings alone very cheap and fall off if worn (I was talked into buying them before the healing process) and the whole piercing process caused me over $100 Never going back again, and I will take this to upper management about that other ladies customer service..
