Piercing Pagoda - Fake rose gold bracelet and ring
I purchased a rose gold bracelet and ring twisted and covered with cz's. I wore it once in a very upscale town in FL down south and was so embarrassed when my finger and wrist turned green that I felt like crawling under the rug with embarrassment.
I tried to return the item to have them credit my PIERCING PAGODA CREDIT CARD but they couldn't find the history??????? and would not return credit to the card but couldn't even give me store credit which I really don't want as I won't be shopping there any more. This kiosk is located in Melbourne, FL in the Mall at 1700 W. New Haven Avenue, Ste 97.
Just to let you know what you are really getting. It is not real jewelry. It is some metal covered in gold and sold with very hefty prices. The bracelet was $200.00 and the ring was $59.00.
Added a photo for you to see.
They have since discontinued the pieces????
Very unhappy piercing pagoda credit card holder. Don't get one.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $259.
Preferred solution: Credit my Piercing Pagoda credit card..

They should have told you that those pieces are plated not real gold. I used to work at Piercing Pagoda and each piece comes with a tag that says what each piece is made of. If they told you it was real gold they definitely lied because I remember selling that ring more than once and the tag definitely said plated over brass or bronze.
very good in publishing this kind of experiences so that other people do not go through the same, thanks
