I placed an order online for $40 worth of jewelry and received the confirmation order moments after it was submitted. 4 weeks had passed and I realized that I hadn't received my order but assumed that due to the severe weather it was delayed, I eventually called to Inqire about my order and the representative said that it had been delivered 2 days after the order was placed.
Even though I explained to the rep that I had not received my order she said there was nothing they could do because a month had passed. So I didn't receive a refund, credit or the jewelry and lost $40 for something I never received.
*Such horrible customer service! I will never purchase anything from them again!
