I brought a bracelet, put insurance on it. One week later it broke no big deal until I found The store I brought the bracelet from messed up by scanning the wrong sku for the bracelet.

I couldn’t exchange it anywhere but that store. The mall where I get the bracelet from has 2 more stores that has the bracelet and they refuse to exchange it because of an employee mistake.

The general manager doesn’t want to take a lost, thinks its better that I do. Bad business I have never experienced anything like this, worst store ever
